Can I wash my Latrousse bag?
Yes, you can. We recommend washing both the external bag and the internal lining by hand in cold water although the lining can be machine washed on a cold cycle if required.
How do I dry my Latrousse bag?
We recommend that you dry your bag flat, and, in the shade, as direct sunlight can cause fading.
Can I make changes to my order?
We cannot amend your order details once you have placed your order (However, if you do notice you have made a mistake, please do email info@latrousse.com as soon as you notice the error and we will see what we can do.
Can I change my details once I have placed my order?
If you entered the wrong details, please contact us as soon as you notice them in the confirmation email. If the parcel has not been dispatched, we will be able to change your details before it is sent. Please note: we cannot change any details once your order has been dispatched! Also, if you need your address changed, you may be charged to send the parcel out again to the correct address.
Can I cancel my order?
If you decide that you no longer want your order, you can cancel your order by emailing info@latrousse.com. Please note; If your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order, we advise you to send the order back to us once you receive it for a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship to addresses in the UK, Scotland and Wales.
What packaging will my order be shipped in?
Your bag will be delivered in our 100% recycled and biodegradable packaging which we kindly ask that you reuse or recycle.
How much will delivery cost and how long will it take?
Postage is £4.85 for all orders sent First Class and £4.20 for all orders sent Second Class. All orders received by 11 am will be dispatched the same working day, all orders after this time will be sent the next working day. The delivery services we use usually only deliver Monday - Friday, so orders sent on Thursday please expect delivery on Monday.
When will my order be delivered and can I track my order?
All orders are sent tracked by Royal Mail. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). When your order is delivered depends on which shipping method you chose. You can find more information on our website.
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email which will include a tracking number so that you can see where your parcel is and what day it is estimated to arrive. We recommend that you fill in your phone number as well as your email at the checkout so that you can easily receive updates regarding the delivery of your order.
How do I return items to you? (UK)
We hope that you are delighted with your Latrousse products. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return any item in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or within 28 days for an exchange.
Please notify us if you would like to return your order by contacting our Customer Service team with details of your order number and items for return by email info@Latrousse.com.
When will I receive my refund/exchange?
Please allow 7 working days for your return to be processed and to be notified regarding your exchange or refund.
What happens if there is a fault with my bag?
We diligently check all our products and would never knowingly send you anything faulty. If, however, you do notice a fault with your bag, please email info@latrousse.com immediately, with details of the issue along with images and we will get back to you as soon as we can to see what we can do to help.

Sustainability and Ethical practices are at the core of Latrousse. Not only does our unique design mean that you will hopefully keep your Latrousse bag forever but from the beginning, it was important to us that we used climate kind fabrics, materials, and processes.
